Yes, it can. Unlike the products sold in Korea, TTO manufactures special versions that meet local standards — including 110V compatibility and electrical certification — for import and sale in the U.S. and Canada.

EZ Cook is designed to operate optimally with our exclusive container, THE BOWL.
Using containers from other brands may cause overload or excessive power output in the induction system, which can result in damage to the internal PCB board. Such damage is not covered by warranty or service.
Similarly, using regular induction pans may lead to various issues, including system overload, and A/S (after-sales service) will not be applicable in these cases.
For safe and proper use of EZ Cook, please use The Touch ON exclusive container only.

Our EZ COOK allows water supply in two ways:
Pump-fed method (default setting) Connect the hose to the product and submerge the other end in a water container. The built-in pump will draw and supply the water automatically.
Direct water line method Connect a small hose, like those used for ice makers, to a nearby plumbing line. Then attach it to the included filter and connect it to the product.
Unlike other products, ours uniquely supports both methods, allowing you to choose either one with a simple setup.

The warranty options are as follows: 12-Month Unlimited Warranty, 6-Month Parts Warranty, and Extended Warranty.
12-Month Unlimited Warranty: Free repair service (A/S) and round-trip shipping are provided for any product errors occurring within 12 months of purchase.
6-Month Parts Warranty: After A/S, if the same issue recurs within 6 months, free repair service is provided. If customer misuse is found during A/S, additional charges may apply.
Up to 24-Month Extended Warranty: Can be purchased before the device is bought. Free repair service is provided for any product errors during the extended warranty period.
After the Unlimited Warranty period ends, all round-trip shipping costs for A/S are the customer’s responsibility.

Maintenance instructions are provided for each part of the product:
Water Filter: We recommend replacing the filter every 3 to 6 months.
Plastic Parts of the Machine: Wipe with a soft cloth using a mild detergent for cleaning.
Induction Area (where the container sits): Clean using an induction glass cleaner. Recommended induction glass cleaner: [Purchase Link]
When adding toppings to ramyun (e.g., egg, rice cake): Make sure to stir them well during cooking. If not stirred properly, the container and induction surface may be damaged.

The filter replacement frequency depends on local water quality. On average, we recommend replacing it every 3 months in the western regions and every 6 months in the eastern regions.
However, for high-usage locations or heavy users, monthly replacement is recommended.

When using the EZ Cook ramyun cooker, error codes can appear due to various environmental factors, even if the product itself is not malfunctioning. You can follow the steps below to resolve common error codes:
E-01 (Hose connection issue or water not entering/filling the hot water tank in time)
Push the connected water hose all the way in. If it is not fully inserted, the error will occur.
After fully connecting, turn the switch OFF, wait 2–3 seconds, and then turn it ON again to refill the water.
If the problem continues, disconnect the filter in the middle of the hose, connect the water directly, and then turn ON the machine.
E-05 (Ramyun cooker is tilted, causing power cut)
The cooker automatically cuts power if tilted for safety, as it uses hot water.
Place the machine on a flat surface, turn the power OFF, then turn it ON again.
Due to sensor sensitivity, you may need to leave it flat for 1–2 hours before turning it ON.
E-07 (Occurs when the hot water fails to reach the target temperature within 20 minutes) There are no field repair options available; the unit must be returned to the head office for service.
E-08 (Hot water tank overheated, causing power cut)
In this case, contact our A/S center by submitting your name, product name, purchase date, and a video of the issue via the A/S submission page.
If the submission page is unavailable, email support@thetouchon.com and we will respond within 48 hours.
E-09 (Excess water entered the hot water tank)
Slightly drain water through the outlet at the back of the machine, then turn ON again.
If the problem persists:
For Direct Water Line Machines:
Turn OFF the power.
Fully close the blue valve on the water supply hose.
Drain all water through the outlet.
Reopen the valve about 1/3 and turn ON the machine.
For Motorized Pump Machines:
Turn OFF the power.
Fully drain water through the outlet.
Remove the filter connected to the water container.
Reconnect the machine and water container without the filter.
Turn ON the machine.

Here are the recommended water amounts and cooking times for different types of ramyun, including adjustments for Togo packaging:
1. Shin Ramyun & Regular Ramyun
Water: 450 cc/ml
Cooking Time: 4 minutes
Togo Packaging Cooking Time: 3 minutes
2. Neoguri & Thick Noodles
Water: 480 cc/ml
Cooking Time: 4 minutes 30 seconds
Togo Packaging Cooking Time: 3 minutes 30 seconds
3. Chapagetti & Soupless Ramyun
Water: 330 cc/ml
Cooking Time: 4 minutes
Togo Packaging Cooking Time: 3 minutes
4. Tteokbokki
Water: 270 cc/ml
Cooking Time: 2 minutes 30 seconds
Togo Packaging Cooking Time: 1 minute 30 seconds
Following these settings will allow you to cook most effectively using EZ Cook.
Additionally, Set 1 on the cooker comes pre-configured with the appropriate water amount and cooking time. Sets 2–4 can be customized as needed.
